In the event of damage to product(s) in shipping, it is our policy to follow the same policy and procedures of the respective shipping company. Please notify us in the event or receipt of damaged product(s) to receive instructions for notification of the carrier.
Products may be returned in new and unused condition within five days of your receipt with the exception of products that are defective. All returns require a Return Authorization number prior to shipping. Returns without a Return authorization number or items shipped freight collect will not be accepted. if your order does not meet your expectations, it can be returned within 5 days of receipt. Unless defective, returned products will be exchanged for credit towards future purchases.
